Information on the processing of personal data (art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/2003)
Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, no. 196 “Personal Data Protection Code” (“Code”), Madiara Sangare, Via Tagliabue, 16 – 20098 San Giuliano Milanese (MI), as data controller pursuant to art. 4 of the Code, provides users of the website www.madiara.it (the “Site”) with the following information on the use of personal data.

Purpose of processing:
The personal data collected in the registration forms for the Site services and/or those possibly collected during the browsing process on the website, including any sensitive data that madiara.it may come into possession of at the initiative of the customer and in relation to specific operations arranged or particular services requested by the customer (for example, for subscribing to the Newsletter), will be processed for the following purposes:
(i) compliance with obligations provided for by laws, regulations, community legislation, as well as instructions prepared by authorities and supervisory bodies;
(ii) management and execution of the pre-contractual and/or contractual relationship with customers/users both in Italy and within or outside the European Union, through the entry of the data provided into madiara.it’s IT systems;
(iii) sending information and commercial promotions, also based on consumption choices and preferences expressed, via telephone, SMS, MMS, and email, relating to the offer of products and services by Madiara.it, as well as for market research, surveys, and personalized or statistical analyses. For this purpose, information obtained from browsing the website www.madiara.it and from other services offered may be used through electronic processing.
Pursuant to articles 24.1.b) and 43.1.b) of the Code, no consent is required for processing in relation to the purposes indicated in points (i) – (ii). Otherwise, the data subject must express, in the appropriate box on the registration form, their consent to the processing of data (excluding sensitive data) for the purposes indicated in point (iii).
Processing methods:
With reference to the purposes indicated in point c), the processing of data, which will include the operations referred to in the definition of “processing” provided for in art. 4 of the Code (such as, for example, collection, registration, processing, extraction, comparison, communication, and deletion), will take place with the aid of manual and automated tools, for which madiara.it has adopted appropriate security measures to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of the data.
Mandatory/optional nature of providing data.
Providing data is optional. However, failure to provide the data indicated on the registration form for services, or other personal data possibly requested to proceed with the contractual relationship, may make it impossible for madiara.it to establish and/or continue, in whole or in part, the contractual relationship or to fulfill service requests.
Categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of it:

external companies that madiara.it may use in the management of the contractual relationship with customers or for its own organizational and business needs, possibly specialized in: (a) banking, financial, and insurance services, including those involved in the management of payment systems; (b) services for the acquisition, registration, and processing of data; (c) printing, transmission, enveloping, transport, and sorting of communications; (d) documentation storage services relating to contractual relationships; (e) debt collection services; (f) IT services and management of madiara.it’s IT system and telecommunications networks (including email); (g) firms or companies in the context of assistance and consultancy relationships; (h) subjects who carry out control, auditing, and certification of activities carried out by madiara.it; (i) call center services and agencies and/or agents responsible for promoting the goods and services covered by madiara.it’s business; (l) market analysis and communication services for the proposal of commercial offers, including personalized ones. These subjects will process customers’ personal data as independent data controllers or may become aware of them as external data processors if specifically appointed pursuant to art. 29 of the Code. Your personal data will also be known by employees and collaborators, including external ones, specifically appointed for processing (with selected access based on function), belonging to central services and/or the sales network of madiara.it, who perform technical, support, and corporate control tasks.
Rights under Art. 7 of the Code
In relation to the processing of personal data, pursuant to art. 7 of the Code, the subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data, to know their content and origin, verify their accuracy or request their integration or updating, or rectification. Pursuant to the same article, you have the right to request deletion, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to object in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing.
