- What is not covered by the warranty: The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
- How to use the warranty: To use the warranty, you must return the glasses, along with the certificate of authenticity and proof of purchase, to our customer service.
Care of the glasses:
- Storage: Always store your glasses in the provided case to protect them from bumps or accidental drops.
- Cleaning: Use a soft cloth made of natural fibers to clean the lenses and frame. Avoid using any kind of solvent or alcohol that could damage the materials.
- Maintenance: For optimal maintenance, consult a specialized optician and use only original spare parts. The warranty covers normal use of the glasses, avoiding excessive stress or careless handling.
- Wood care: The natural oil treatment enhances the authenticity of the wood and ensures its natural evolution. As a "living" material, wood may undergo changes in color and brightness over time, confirming its quality. To best maintain the frame, we recommend avoiding the use of oily products on the parts in contact with the face and cleaning the glasses with a soft cloth made of natural fibers.
